Did you know that living a high-stress lifestyle can actually be bad for your physical and psychological health? I was in fairly good health until I started a new job that increased my stress level tremendously. It wasn't until things started spiraling out of control that my doctor suggested that I begin going to massage therapy at least once each week to unwind. From the first visit on, my life has been different. I no longer carry the stress of my workdays throughout the weekend and take my stress out on my family.
